Gret work keep making it greater Sir we ask for cards and will refer all of our congregations needs to your company. GOD Bless proud to use an All American company.
I performed a tune up on an A/C unit. I found the capacitor and contactor on the A/C could be replaced soon and informed the customer. I went over options with them and will wait to hear on if they want to move forward with that. System is operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I found the system was almost out of refrigerant and the compressor needed replaced. I informed the customer and went over options with them. Customer will take time to think about what they want to do and will get back with us. System is not operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I found there was a leak in the evaporator coil. I informed the customer and added R 410 refrigerant and applied Easy Seal per customer request to stop the leak. I cycled the system multiple times to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival, I found the system was iced over and frozen and unable to be worked on. I informed the customer I would be unable to work on the system until it thawed out. I informed the customer I would have the office reach out to schedule the next available appointment.
